- E Gulbis and Ben Dunk will open the batting for the team while N Maddinson will bat at 1 down. . Dunk scored half century in 2nd last match while Maddinson is very attacking batsman and is a consistent performer of the team.
- E Gulbis got promoted in last 2 matches and crossed 309 in both the inning.
- N Larkin is expected to bat at 2 down. He is the only batsman of the team who batted well in almost all the matches .He played innings of 45,28 and 41 till now.
- Youngster S Gotch is expected to bat next.
- DJ Bravo and J Merlo will do late hitting duty for the team.Bravo is very attacking batsman while Merlo was the consistent performer of Australia U19 team and can bowl some overs with his medium pace.

- Finally they received their first loss in last match.
- No change is expected in playing11.
- M Wade and DA Short will open the inning. Both are in very good form and are attacking batsman.Short scored half century in 2nd last match, overall both have scored 2 halfcenturies till now.
- A Doolan will bat at 1 down. He is technically strong batsman but is not a good t20 player.He scored 41 in 3rd last match.
- Attacking batsman B Mcdermott will bat at 1 down. Mcdermott is known for his power hitting. He is also the first centurion of big bash, he scored half century in last match after struggling in initial matches.
- G Bailey will bat next. All are technically strong batsman. G Bailey generally plays well and is looking in good form.Bailey scored 70 runs in last match.
- J Faulkner , S Milenko and JC Archer will do late hitting duty.Faulkner played an attacking cameo in 1st warmup matches, he will surely want to get back his finisher tag by playing well here.
- J Botha can bat also . He is technically strong batsman.
- Clive Rose and J Botha will lead the spin attack of the team while DA Short will assist them. C Rose was in good form in domestic circuit while Botha has a good t20 record.Botha took 2 wickets in first match and 3 wickets in 2nd last game while DA Short bowled well whenever he got chance to bowl.
- Clive Rose bowled economically in last match.
- J Faulkner and JC Archer will lead the pace attack while R Meredith will assist them. Faulkner is looking in good form in t20 blast while JC Archer is very talented bowler and is one of the best fast bowler in t20s.
- Faulkner took 3 wickets in 2nd last match while Archer has lost his touch from last 3-4 matches.
- Riley Meredith is also giving challange to the pace duo by his pace and magnificent line and length. He took 3 wickets in 3rdd last game, he bowled economically in every game.
